when board exams approach school work hard to make the result and role of parents are uncomparable. most of us underrate the presence of a counselor, here in the case of students, it can be an elder brother or a friendly teacher to maintain the emotional balance of teenagers. students get very nervous, some get ill, some looks having exam phobia, some get overconfident or some get underconfident. This is not a small problem and not looks easy to solve, a balanced mindset is required before the exams otherwise students end up losing the marks, some of them make their answer copy dirty or even scarier fills wrong biodata.

to avoid all this we should work on their intellect. some affirmations can be worthy like- "this is your day for which you worked hard the whole year". teaching them the difference between overconfident and underconfident, like if they are excited and a bit feared then they are in balance. sayings like "this is not the last paper of your life" can maintain their confidence for future endeavors.

Advise them to take proper sleep, revise only what you studied don't read new things, learn your biodata, take some medicine with you and your favorite things in lunch, perform meditation, you can talk to your seniors if you are nervous, packing your bag carefully is also very important.

boards exam are not the end but they are the first step for your success. emotional balance is a powerful tool, even top performers regret not using it carefully. All the best for your exams.
